Restore Subscription

If you updated your phone and need to restore an existing subscription, simply navigate to "Profile" and tap "Restore Purchase".




Cancel Subscription

In order to cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions from Apple.




Get Refund

The payment was processed by Apple and only they can issue a refund. Please follow the instructions from Apple.




Delete Account

From the iOS application: tap "Profile" -> "Settings" -> scroll down and tap "Delete".

From the browser extensions: click on the Climb's icon in the toolbar -> scroll down and click "Settings" -> click "Delete".
